From your Mac

Send a file to your accountant from your Mac.

Save them once. If you send to them often, they rise to the top of your list.

Save their address

Ask which address should receive your files, and add your accountant to Sendoff with it. Sendoff ranks people by who you actually send to, so a regular ends up near the top.

Send the file

  1. Drag the PDF up to the notch. It opens to take it. A copied file works too: press ⌘V.
  2. Pick your accountant, or type their name and press Enter.
  3. Their last channel is the default. Tab switches between Gmail and iMessage.
  4. Press Send off, or Enter again.
  5. Wrong person? Undo within three seconds.

By Gmail, it goes out as ordinary mail from your account, so it shows in your Sent folder. If a file is too big for Gmail, it goes by iMessage instead, with a note saying why.
